SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Ready to ship products will ship within 5 working days after receiving the payment.

The banner on the website shows the turn around time for made to order products.

Preorders take 4 to 5 weeks from the order date to ship.

 

Shipments happen on working days only.

• An order within Belgium takes up to 3 workings days to arrive.
• An order within the European Union can take up to 10 working days to arrive.
• An order outside the European Union can take up to 15 or in the worst cases 20 working days to arrive.

Please note an exact delivery date can't be guaranteed. Every country handles customs differently and large demands at the postal offices can cause unexpected delays. I am not held responsible for any delays caused by customs, your local postal office or any national holiday. The given delivery times are based on previous experiences during a non-holiday period (Christmas and New Year always cause a huge delay, for example).

 

The shipping fees include a tracking number. Please allow this number a day or two to update. Once your order passes the border, the package gets relabeled sometimes by the postal service handling the deliveries. If a tracking number is no longer working or update, feel free to reach out and I can look into it.

CUSTOMIZATIONS
Customizations such as changing the color of the lining are possible, just contact me.
Customized products and orders can not be cancelled and returned!!

RETURNS & REFUNDS
When the product is broken, missing or not as you desired, please contact me. A refund or replacement can only be ensured when a photo or proper proof is given in case of damage. A product is stated missing if it hasn't arrived after 30 days after the last scan of the tracking number. You have 7 days to inform me about damage, missing packages or any other reason why you desire a refund.
 

Please note a refund will only be given when the product is returned undamaged and unused or both or when both seller and buyer agree upon a refund. Same goes for a replacement. The refund or the shipping of the replacement will happen AFTER the returned product is properly received by me. You'll receive a message to confirm the arrival of the returned product and when the refund is made or the new product is shipped.

 

If you exceed 7 days, there will be no refund or replacement. This counts for either a return or a damaged good. Opening a claim with my postal service can only be done in the first few days after the delivery happened, therefor I am not able to go over these 7 days. Please inform me in time!

The refund will be the price (any sales at the moment of purchase will be kept into account) and the shipping fee you paid me when placing your order. The refund will not include shipping fees you had to pay to return the product to me. The shipping fee of a replacement will be paid by me.

 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Washing preferences for fabric products:

Handwash is recommended. Dry flat.
Ironing is possible, even on a very high temperature. Please be careful when the product contains a zipper, bronze charm, hand embroidered design or a button. Ironing over these will damage the product.

Use a ph-neutral soap.

I use a high quality cotton for the full product. Along with a strong, woven interfacing.
